Revision Rhinoplasty: A secondary rhinoplasty is a procedure intended to enhance or fix the results of an earlier rhinoplasty. This case was harder than the normal revision cases as it has extremely thick skin with huge septal perforation but they did an exceptional job and the patient got excellent and anticipated results.
