Patient: 48 years old male from Turkey

Procedures Performed:

  • Revision Rhinoplasty

Patients concerns:

  • Extreme Thick skin

  • Huge septal perforation

Revision Rhinoplasty: A secondary rhinoplasty is a procedure intended to enhance or fix the results of an earlier rhinoplasty. It resolves difficulties that may have grown over time, such as dissatisfaction with the initial outcome, design defects, or aesthetic concerns. This case was harder than the normal revision cases as it has extremely thick skin with huge septal perforation but they did an exceptional job and the patient got excellent and anticipated results. In addition to addressing individual concerns, Dr. Tas’s holistic approach to facial improvement created a harmonic and balanced look.
